According to ESRB, this game contains: Intense Violence, Strong Language, Blood and Gore
Parents should definitely peruse this one before letting their kids play it. It's 'mature' in the sense that there's a lot of blood, violence and scantily-clad women.
Fans of Spawn should rent and see if their love for the franchise is enough to make this game compelling for them.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers should be aware that there are no subtitles whatsoever in the game, making the cutscenes worse or better, depending on how you want to look at it.
