According to ESRB, this game contains: Comic Mischief, Mild Violence, Suggestive Themes
Parents should only consider this game for those kids who fairly close to puberty. There is a fair amount of cartoon 'skin' in this game, not to mention some outrageous breast physics, and that might not go over well in some households.
Fans of racing games should rent before buying, to see if they enjoy the arcade-oriented gameplay. Those folks worried about getting bang for their buck will be happy to hear that the replay value of the game is fairly good thanks to a large stable of characters, each with their own cutscenes for the Adventure Mode.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers should note that there is no subtitle option, meaning that they will not be able to follow any of the cutscenes. Additionally, there are significant audio cues within the gameplay itself.
