According to ESRB, this game contains: Blood and Gore, Violence

Parents probably don't want their children playing Tenchu: The Wrath Of Heaven. The violence is often brutal and very, very bloody. However, it is so extreme at times that it might seem of a ridiculous and comical nature to some, so parents should simply use their best judgment as to how their kids will perceive it.

Fans of Tenchu 1 will probably love Wrath Of Heaven since it mimics nearly all of the games strong points and expands them significantly. However, some may be turned off by the more maze-like level design… as will fans of Tenchu 2's ambitiously open-ended levels.

Fans of stealth games may want to check out Wrath Of Heaven since it provides hours of solid sneaking fun, however those looking for a little more depth might want to stick to Splinter Cell.

Fans of recent martial arts games such as Way Of The Samurai or The Mark Of Kri will probably enjoy Tenchu for the opportunities it affords to engage in (modern day fantasies of) ancient fighting arts, although those looking for a pure action game similar to Shinobi should probably stay way.
