According to ESRB, this game contains: Violence
Parents worried about blood and gore have little to worry about here. However, Street Fighter games are about fighting, and there is violence, so subject matter may need to be taken into consideration.
Deaf and hard of hearing gamers won't be missing anything important since the game uses text to tell the story. The gameplay does not require the player to do any listening either.
Older gamers may find the GBA controls to be difficult to manage. The new artwork is quite impressive though, so some may find it worth buying simply as a collector's item.
Newer gamers may enjoy this game if they are interested in some of the history behind the fighting game genre. However, the controls are rather awkward, and the game doesn't have the same kind of flamboyance as the Versus series. Perhaps a rental should be considered before a purchase.
