According to ESRB, this game contains: Blood and Gore, Mature Sexual Themes, Violence
Parents should keep young children away from this one. Remember in The Shining when those elevator doors opened up? I think about that much blood comes out of everything in this game.
Horror fans may want to check out Illbleed, but there are many other quality horror titles out there. Although it does create something unique from the standard formula, it doesn't succeed in creating an enjoyable gaming experience.
Dreamcast owners may have little to lose with this title though, considering that games for that system are currently dirt-cheap. when those elevator doors opened up? I think about that much blood comes out of everything in this game.
