According to ESRB, this game contains: Blood, Mature Sexual Themes, Violence
Parents should keep an eye on this game. While the game features standard martial arts violence, a notable amount of blood is shed in the game. There is no dismemberment or anything of that nature, however some images may be too scary for children, particularly the demon-possessed Zappa. The sight of poor Zappa being mangled and tortured by his captor is enough reason to consider this game a little longer.
2D fighting game fans must pick this one up. While its characters aren't plentiful, the game has a very high ratio of useful characters to useless or cheap ones. This makes for some very interesting fights, always determined by skill and not luck, except when it comes to instant kills. Animation and character design fans take note. This game is a benchmark in both areas. There are also a variety of modes to play, as well as many hidden moves to be discovered.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers have nothing to worry about. The game is entirely in Japanese, and comes with subtitles for the meaningless story segments of the game.
