In a stunning show of victory at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, EVO 2019 showcased the raw power of the finals with GO1 defeating SonicFox in the Dragon Ball FighterZ after being defeated in the same game at last year’s Evo.
However, SonicFox did not leave empty-handed. In the first finals for Mortal Kombat 11, SonicFox became the champion after defeating Dragon after a perfect 11-win streak.
Also, it was an incredible night for a Pakistani player by the name of Arslan Ash as he became the first-ever dual Tekken 7 champion of the Evo Finals in both Japan and Las Vegas. The competition against South Korea’s Knee was fierce, but he took the crown and celebrated with a prayer.
