According to ESRB, this game contains: Mild Violence.
Those who had the patience to enjoy Myst will find a similar adventure in Dark Fall. Those who didn't will struggle with a game that copies most of Myst's core concepts.
For people with lower-end PCs, the technical requirements for Dark Fall are lightweight: it requires a Pentium 233 to run, 32Mb of RAM, a SVGA capable graphics adapter, and a 24x CD ROM.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers have not been accommodated. There are no subtitles for the completely voice-acted dialogues, and more than one of the puzzles is dependent on sound.
