According to ESRB, this game contains: Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Language
Parents should keep their children away. It's by far the bloodiest and most violent survival horror game around. And that's saying something.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers should have no real trouble with the game. There are subtitles for all dialogue and no vital audio cues.
