Parents should keep their children away. Not only is it a bad game, it's also extremely violent, with more than 90-percent of that violence aimed at law enforcement officials.
FPS fans looking for action might enjoy this as a mediocre example of retro game design, but it offers little else of value.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers should have only a little trouble with the game. The plot-related dialogue is all subtitled, so what story there is will at least be coherent. Gunshots do provide an important clue when there's an enemy about, which can lead to some unfair ambushes and make the game a little more difficult.
