According to ESRB, this game contains: Blood, Drug Reference, Intense Violence, Nudity, Sexual Themes, Strong Languange

Parents shouldn't let their children play this game. It's chock full of all the violence and profanity and sex you don't want them seeing. This is a game that sets one level at a porn studio for no other reason than to shoehorn some naked breasts into the game (and because they figured a strip club would be trite). Just so we're clear, I'm saying that if your child is under seventeen years of age, and you buy this for them, you are a bad parent.

Dentists could see a bit of increased interest in their trade if this game is a hit—it's the first time I've seen a game try to depict the sorry state of British orthodenture, and the sight of every character's greenish/brown teeth should provide players with a reminder to brush vigorously.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers are in for a rough time. The cutscenes are subtitled, so the plot won't be a problem, but none of the in-game dialogue is. Unfortunately, a massive amount of information, both plot and gameplay-related is given in-game, which puts Hard of Hearing gamers in an awful predicament—especially in the stealth missions, where Sam's comments to herself are often the only clues about where to go and what to do next.
