According to ESRB, this game contains: Blood, Strong Language, Violence
Parents should be concerned-it's a fairly realistic war simulator, full of blood and swearing. Some parents might also be concerned by just how fiercely pro-American the game is, and ask themselves if they want their children playing what is essentially unsolicited propaganda for the US Army.
War gamers should take a closer look. This game seamless mixes action and strategy into a new experience, one that I think they'll be pleased with.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers shouldn't have any problems playing the game, as every line of dialogue in the game is subtitled, from precise mission instructions to all the numerous off-color comments the troops make.
