Ummm, console fighting is at its worst, even more so now that the two consoles have very little differences between them. There have been a lot of heated Xbox fans on the Digital Foundry comments giving them shit because the ‘more powerful’ console isn’t ‘winning’ the face-off. Likewise when a few patches came out for Valhalla that seemed to nerf the performance on PS5, a bunch of Sony fans accused Microsoft of paying Ubisoft to do so. Hey, I like DF – they are great at being impartial at examining performance and features.

This is not limited to DF either – it was just a focal point for ire and part of the reason that Phil Spencer said what he said. I need to stress he included Xbox ‘fans’ in his chastising
