Brad and Corey detour from the normal show format to do a mid-year check-in on notable games they’ve played in 2018. They discuss what they’ve loved, what they’ve felt OK about, and of course, what they’ve disliked so far this year. They wrap the show by looking to the future and naming upcoming 2018 titles they’re looking forward to.

Because we talk about so many games this time around, we’re not putting timestamps in the show this week. Plus, that would ruin the surprise of the games we want to reflect on. If you’re interested in hearing our picks, press play!

Brad Gallaway has been playing games since arcades were a thing and Atari was the new hotness. He's been at GameCritics since 2000. Currently, he's juggling editing duties, being a homeschooling dad, a devoted husband, and he does try to play a game once in a while.

Brad still loves Transformers, he's on Marvel Puzzle Quest when nobody's looking, and his favorite game of all time is a toss-up between the first Mass Effect and The Witcher 3.
