According to ESRB, this game contains: Cartoon Violence, Crude Humor, Suggestive Themes

Parents should feel safe with Kya. The only things that get killed are bugs and small monsters (no blood), and the game's major enemies are knocked unconscious to be rehabilitated safely. The difficulty and 3D spatial skills necessary might be challenging for young ones, but no major issues to be aware of. The crude humor (I assume) refers to enemies occasionally passing gas during idle animations, and I have no clue what "suggestive themes" the ESRB is referring to—there is no sexual content at all.

Platformer fans, this game is an absolute must-buy. It has the graphics, the gameplay, the variety and is bursting with so much creativity in design that I would never have believed it until I played it. This game is the real deal, so don't miss out—especially since it currently retails at $20.00 brand-new!

Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers will have no problems here. Subtitles are available for all voicework, and there are no significant auditory cues. As an added bonus, the characters are bursting with animation and expressiveness, worth noting for sign language users.
