Parents should know that Sonic Shuffle is marketed as a family game, so this might be one to share with your kids. Just don't expect it to be much fun, and don't let it shape your opinion of videogames in general). Sonic Shuffle isn't something you'd want to invite your game-playing friends over for, much less anything to build a party around—unless you're planning for an instant slumber party that is. Sonic Shuffle will probably go down as one of the most boring games ever released. If if doesn't, then GameCritics.com will be the first to make such a list.

Dreamcast owners have several options available to them for multiplayer fun—they need not waste their time shuffling around with this game.

Nintendo 64 and PlayStation owners already have Crash Bash and the Mario Party games available to them—Sonic Shuffle can't hold a candle to either of them.

Fans of Sonic The Hedgehog—if you've been a fan of the Sonic games up to now then you'll probably enjoy Sonic Shuffle, but if you're an old school fan like me, Sonic Shuffle won't make any sense to you (and even if it does it'll bore the hell out of you anyway).
