Cold War

Game Description: Cold War follows the story of Matt Carter, a freelance journalist, who finds himself in the midst of an international conspiracy that aims to control the U.S.S.R. Twelve hours after arriving in Moscow for a routine story, Carter has been stripped of all his possessions, beaten unconscious and thrown into the KGB’s political prison. Using only recovered weapons and improvised gadgets, he must now evade or overcome elite Soviet forces and defeat the conspiracy before he is sent to a Siberian prison camp or killed.

Cold War – Review

Splinter Cell was a very good game. It provided solid and oftentimes revolutionary gameplay, all wrapped in high-gloss presentation. This overall quality led to it being something of a hit, and it was followed by two sequels in three years, an exceptionally quick turnaround for such high-profile games.

Dungeon Lords – Review

How on earth could Dungeon Lords not be a bad game? A huge action/adventure game done on the cheap by an independent studio? I wouldn't have to be an especially cynical person to start playing the game with very low expectations. Which made it all the more surprising when I discovered just what a good game Dungeon Lords actually is.

Obscure – Review

As a fan of horror films (the intelligent kind, not those that just equate enormity with buckets of tomato-sauce gore) I am often let down by the lack of decent videogames that are actually scary. It seems, the survival horror ilk in particular are not that frightening, usually because they overload the game with slow moving zombies that pose no real threat to a player.

Obscure

Game Description: Obscure takes the survival-horror gaming you love and sets it in a teenage horror film. Tortured screams echo through Leafmore High's deserted corridors. Faceless creatures lurk in the shadows. Five teenagers set out to bring light into the darkness - and experience a night that will scar their souls forever.
