GRID 2 Review

How I tried to stop worrying and love the drift

GRID 2 Review Screenshot

HIGH Lovely track environments, delicious vehicle handling, intriguing event variety.

LOW Occasionally aggressive AI behavior, unconscionable amount of grind in single-and multi-player.

WTF The single-player campaign's half-hearted mixture of social media bandwagoning and corporate celebration is truly bizarre.

I Knew It!

HIGH Crossing the vast, sprawling rooftops of Terra Verte.

LOW Limping through a boss battle while painfully low on ammo.

The Worst of Both Worlds

HIGH That first time Fernando Alonso enthusiastically shouted "Alonso!," like an F1 Mario.

LOW When Fernando Alonso kept enthusiastically shouting his name, like an F1 Mario.

WTF "Release and then hold RT to charge KERS!"

Bargain Basement 20 – Clive Barker's Jericho

It's as sure as death or taxes that anyone who takes up videogaming will find themselves rooting through a bargain bin or scouring pre-owned shelves sooner or later. For those that do, few things feel as satisfying as saving hard-earned cash and getting a gem of a game at the same time.

Sensible Soccer 2006 – Review

For a good few hours in single-player, and more generally in short multiplayer bursts, the game is entertaining and addictive, but I'm afraid it needed to be damn near perfect to fully justify its simplicity, live up to its heritage and make a lasting dent on the market.

Sensible Soccer 2006

With insane speed, spectacular goals with loads of after-touch, gripping gameplay and a zoomed out camera for the best view of the pitch it's all in the return of Sensible Soccer.

And on top of everything loved by millions comes new features, including replays with typical Sensible Soccer humour that feature caricatured players with the biggest heads you've ever seen in football!
