Game Description: Armored Core: Formula Front delivers a hardcore sim experience with all-new features not available in the Japanese version. While Justin may be a new face here at GameCritics, after reading his review of Liberty City Stories I have a feeling that he's going to fit in just fine. Frankly speaking, I couldn't agree with him more.

The most common bit of praise that will probably be heaped on Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is how well it has made the jump to a portable system. Where it stumbles is that it has brought every one of the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) series' faults along too, before adding a few new ones of its own—problems that are only magnified by the game's portability.

Game Description: It's Christmas time in New York City. A strange virus has appeared in the city, turning seemingly normal people into insane, violent Infected. Rookie Officer Stevens is one of the first victims of the Infected. But unlike others, Stevens is stangely immune and doesn't lose control. The mysterious Dr. Schaeffer discovers that Stevens' immune blood can be used to destroy the otherwise unkillable Infected. Schaeffer creates a special "viral gun" that fills shells with blood from Stevens' arm and blasts them straight into the Infected, causing them to splat spectacularly.

The third time is the charm for the bad boys from Planet Moon studios, an eccentric group of developers known for their sense of humor and offbeat games. Although Giants: Citizen Kabuto had its moments and Armed & Dangerous had some good ideas, in my opinion their latest release is their best effort yet.

In 1998, an underdog action game called MediEvil hit the PlayStation. Although it didn't make much of a splash, its likable undead hero and reasonably solid play led into a sequel and something resembling minor cult status among those keeping an eye on the fringe. Fast-forward seven years and exchange the PlayStation for the PSP. MediEvil Resurrection may have a few tweaks and go a little easier on the eyes, but it's essentially the same game. The main difference? Instead of a small splash, it slips silently into the water and sinks to the bottom.
