Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance – Review

Metal Gear Solid 2, for all of its sweeping ideology and bold provocations, was a game that suffered under the weight of its own ambitions.

Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance

Game Description: You are a mercenary named Solid Snake entrusted with the battle against an array of enemies, including Metal Gear, a nuclear capable robot. In this latest edition, Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, you must stop deadly weapons of mass destruction from falling into the wrong hands. Secret weapons technology is being shipped on an oil tanker to an unknown destination. You must infiltrate the transport and foil their evil plans.

The Thing – Second Opinion

The Thing, with its fantastic source material and unorthodox gameplay, is one of the few games that dares to break the mold. It is, without question, one of the most compelling survival-horror games I've played since Konami's Silent Hill 2 last year. Brad seems to have had a much less favorable experience with the game than I did particularly with regard to the trust/fear system so its those aspects I'd like to address first.

Conflict: Desert Storm – Consumer Guide

According to ESRB, this game contains: Blood, Violence

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Game Description: It's the mid-1980s and Tommy Vercetti has just gotten out of jail. He's gone to Vice City for a new job but he's been set up. Now every player in the city wants a piece of him -- mobsters, bikers, crooked politicians, everyone. Tommy's only hope is to take them all out and run the city himself.

The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring – Review

The most glaring shortcoming in the game is easily the battle system. Players will control Frodo, Gandalf, and Aragorn at different parts of the story. However, each of them fights exactly the same way and highlights all of the problems with the combat interface.

Conflict: Desert Storm – Review

Theres definitely a little irony in that were seeing a game based on the Desert Storm conflict in the Middle East just as our nation is on the verge of revisiting our old "the guy you love to hate" nemesis Saddam Hussein.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (PC) – Second Opinion

If Morrowind is any indication of where The Elder Scrolls series is headed, I would say that it is certainly moving in a positive direction and I am very excited to see what will happen with The Elder Scrolls IV.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring – Consumer Guide
