Dark Cloud 2 – Review

Sequels are generally a problematic proposition. A successful game or film always has fans ready to receive second or third helpings, but it's no secret that they usually fail to satisfy. This may seem puzzling since a sequel should be better than the original (in theory), but, as most people know, this is seldom the case.

Crimson Sea – Review

Sometimes a videogame can make itself less of a worthwhile experience by making its existence as a videogame too obvious. This may seem initially to be a contradiction in terms, but what about a movie that's constantly reminding the viewer that it's a movie? When a child plays pretend, do they constantly tell themselves that they aren't driving that fire engine, it's just their imagination?

Super Mario Sunshine – Second Opinion

True, there is a slight sense of 'been there, done that' in performing familiar tasks like collecting 100 coins in each level, but the amazing variety of new things to do in Isle Delfino quickly pushes this feeling to the back of ones mind. In what other game is there the opportunity to surf on an octopus one minute, ride on a roller coaster the next, and roll a giant watermelon down a hill the minute after that?

Worms Blast – Consumer Guide

According to ESRB, this game contains: Mild Violence

Worms Blast – Review

Worms games have made a name for themselves with high-production values and a cheeky sense of humor, two things that we see in Team 17's new title, Worms Blast. What we don't see is the same old turn-based artillery game. There are hints of it still remaining, but Worms Blast is otherwise a different beast...er, worm.

Unison – Review

Unison spreads itself too thin trying to satisfy all of these criteria, and ultimately comes up short everywhere.

Skies of Arcadia Legends – Review

Skies Of Arcadia: Legends is a welcome twist to today's "gray" RPG genre. Ported from the original version for Sega's deceased Dreamcast system, Skies is a unique story told in a world formulated by numerous islands in the vast skies of Arcadia. Players travel this world in massive airships and navigate the "seas" in search of new lands, adventure, and of course, treasure.
