Parents shouldn't let their children play this game. It's just one long incitement to insurrection and civil disobedience. Frankly, they get enough of that sort of thing from their music and movies, they don't need it in their games as well. Oh, and there's lots of swearing and crudity also.
Graffitists and Grafficiaonadoes might want to give this game a try, as it features reproductions of important works by famous graffitists. At least the game says they're famous—I don't know enough about the graffiti subculture to say for sure that the game isn't one long elaborate joke.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers will have a little bit of trouble, as most of the important information is subtitled, but some important audio cues, like the approach of offscreen enemies, goes undisplayed and can make the game a little more difficult because of it.
