Parents shouldn't have anything to worry about with Final Fantasy IV Advance. The retranslation is more faithful than the kiddy mush gamers were saddled with on the Super Nintendo, but it still hovers at a PG level.

Fans of old school Final Fantasy will probably enjoy Final Fantasy IV Advance, both for the nostalgia value and the added content.

Fans of recent Final Fantasy may not be as blown away as their elder counterparts were back in the day, but they might find it interesting to see where so many of the elements they love got their start.

Fans of console RPGs in general will probably like it as well, but should not expect a cutting edge experience.

Deaf and hard of hearing gamers should not have too big of a problem with Final Fantasy IV Advance. I played a good portion of the game with the sound off and was not hindered at all, although the dramatic aspects may pale slightly since the music picks up so much of the slack for the limited graphics.
