En how do you do that?

Well, first you have to either go to the beach, the snowy plains, or the pasture. Then make sure the horse and your horse are fully grown. If they both are and have a between them, something will say your horse and the other horse had a foal. You will need to signature the pedigree papers and name the foal before you can take it home though.
