I'm on memory block 4, and i have to investigate to start the mission, i've syncronized with every view point and i don't have the icon in either Jerrusalem or Acre for a pick pocket or interrogation or eavesdrop or anything!!!!! How am i supposed to do the investigation?

Help! I downloaded Assassin's Creed, perfectly legally, from the GameStop website. It worked fine for a few days; now, when I try to start it up, it tells me it needs a disk. Well, I don't have a disk! What should I do?

Just wanted to share.

To effectively play the game, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Assassin's Guild.
2. Climb all towers to map the City area.
3. Rescue all the citizens (helping you cover your escape later on)
4. Compete the informant missions.
5. Complete the pickpocket missions (to get information for the Guild)
6 Return to the guild HQ to get your assignment.

Don't bother with tracking flags, unless you want to complete the game 100%. Completing missions will lengthen your health-bar. This is especially handy when you cannot escape a fight. Even though Altair is very capable of fighting, it is better to perform a sneak attack. Try to eliminate archers on rooftops first. When cleared, the rooftops are an excellent escape. When outside the Animus, if you are told to go to sleep, go to sleep.

right first go to the icon were the advisor is baut travell there by roof top, and make sure that you are not being chased by gureds then look around to see were a opening is and you should see a entrance that looks tropical but there is no door you have to drop down.

i just started playing today and im in damascus talking to the guy in the assassins bureau and he tells me "im free to leave" but i cant leave the room! ive turned off the game and tried it like 4 times and every time i get stuck. can i just avoid talking to him altogether?

im stuck at the part when you are chasing your target as altair and you have to climb the tower how do you get to the top im stuck half way up at the door

You need to find a high point not on your map. When the leader was talking he should have said to look in certain areas ie. west. Sw north of the bureau . On your map those areas look blurry. Find high spot in tHose areas and synch your gps
