what buttons do you use to do a freestyle dunk in nba live 08 on playstation 2 . Please help the directions lied and said to click the right anolog stick and he throws it up in the air, and no dunk.HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol thats not part of dynasty, its part of settings i believe. kind of confusing to me too.

and for people have trouble with the goto moves it's a matter of moving analog sticks left and right before/after using circle for shoot. direction comes into play and when you're not shooting pivits spins can be done by using right analog. goto moves shooting are left analog it takes a bit to master. but it's quite easy once you get it

Ok. I game crashes on time out animation you have a pirated game version and wrong crack. Period

About gameplay. Go-to moves are EZ. Offense is ok.
Defense is frustrating, hard to stop the other team from getting to the basket. You get dunked on a lot, if you try to steal it wont work, you will get a foul. Blocking their lay ups/dunks works sometimes, might be the only weapon you have on D.
So the only option to win is outscoring the CPU, but when it starts to feed his go-to guy it can be hard.

Anyone that found out who to play good D pls post.

i like NBA Live 08, but there are plenty of glitches like someone said b4 in this thread, and also u can't do hookshots like nba live 05 or 06.

i prefer nba 2k8, the gameplay is better but the graphics dun look realistic

use zone defenses man... and in the post hold the left trigger (ig ur playing 360) and dont jump at anything rlly, its easy for me to steal if u reach at the right times... just make sure u force 3's and ish and ur good, i playd on superstar mode with the heat, and killed teams by like 30-40, so now all i can do is play xbox live, and even then im still killing people.... still though, play xbox live, much funner, and u can play better defense too, at least i can

hope this helps, but yeah, on d, try taking charges when the cpu or opponent is in the middle of their dribbling animation.... iiiight?? ight man thats all i can tell you

hey can i ask if there's any edit menu in this game?
or create player menu?

I've played 4 games and haven't yet seen a shooting foul, or even a blocking call for that matter. I've tried setting to 100 on all fould settings and still nothing? Once in a while only an offensive foul. Anybody know what's wrong?

how do u do post moves?????
