Re: Diablo 3
I pretty much stopped playing now. At this stage the game is just broken. Half the time I can't log in and the other half I get disconnected after half an hour playing. Not to mention the auction house is still bugged (get errors for every second item I want to sell) and lag-spikes that render the game unplayable even when I manage to connect.
Avoid like the plague.

Re: Diablo 3
I was just watching the Diablo 3 forums concerning error 1. There's a new post every 3 seconds. It's way out of hand.
12 years preparing the most broken game I've played. I really hope I get the refund. You're not thinking of doing the same, Li-Ion?

Re: Diablo 3
This is actually the first time I am thinking about asking for a refund. I never bought a game that was simply unplayable weeks after launch. On the other hand I did finish the game 2 times now (normal and nightmare with my lovely warrior woman) and spent more time on it already than I do for a lot of other games (20 hours is my usual maximum playtime, except for the Souls-games, Mount & Blade, Civ 2 & 4, 4X-space games and Deus Ex Human Revolution).
I can assure you this is not normal for pc games these days. But it is from a developer I bought every game of since Warcraft 2. I never had problems with Blizzard games and they were always beautifully crafted. After all they are the last developer that doesn't give release dates way in advance and used to release a game "when it's done". This is not the case anymore. This adds a lot to my disappointment.

Re: Diablo 3
People are asking for refunds, but they are getting the most absurd answers from Blizzard, like "the auction house will soon be fully available".
It's a dead end, apparently. I'll inform you if I get any feedback from them regarding my refund request.

Re: Diablo 3
Played for 1h30m before getting a "server will shutdown in 10 minutes" message. They are applying a new patch. UNBELIEVABLE.
Apparently, all this mess is exclusively happening on EU servers.

Re: Diablo 3
Hello!
Unfortunately we won't be able to issue a refund here, this would only have been possible within 72h of the purchase. Additionally you'd loose all your character progress if we'd remove the digital licence - it would *not* be stored and reactivated if you later re-add a new licence.
We were experiencing quite severe technical issues on the EU battle.net platform during the time of your report - those would have delayed logins, making retrieval of character list/auctions slow down or stuck, and frequently show error 37 (or similar).
We have been able to fix those problems already, and there shouldn't be any further problems.
Kind regards,
Gamemaster Khaleyd

South Koreas FTC is now after Blizzard since they refused to offer discount to annoyed customers.

According to EU law they have to accept the return until 14 days after purchase. Still too late for me though, when did you buy it?
