new Xbox slim still have hardware problems?

I have the new slim its perfect have had no problems but I havnt plugged it into a surge protector so i wouldnt know

It looks like the guy had it plugged into a line conditioning power strip.

I power most of my expensive electronic items using a UPS, because in Texas, lightning will fry your stuff without some kind of surge protection.

that's the first I heard of surge protectors messing up consoles. Is it true? any proof? I use serge protectors for my consoles so I think I'll have to google and make sure i'm not fucking up.

There's no way I'm paying MS twice for a console. The used 360 didn't line Microsofts pockets, though the $30 HDD did

had a problem with the old school 360 one time sent it back and have had no problems since have known a lot of people that had disk drives go out but they all had them vertical (after hours of the weight of the dick to one side of drive motor they tend to wear out )other than that have had no problems blow the dust out once in a while and it wont overheat my buddy has a slim and has already had more problems with it than i have had with my old school one stick with the old expected problems and you wont have any problems

Wow i had to register to this to tell you. I HAVE THE SAME problem With My Limited Edition MW3 Xbox 360...

The red light Pretty much means it got Temporarily
Shorted Out. JUST

Unplug The Cable that Goes To the Power Box And the xbox 360 .. wait 5 Seconds Plug all back into correct spots. the light Will Turn Back to normal And the Xbox Will turn On....
