Final Fantasy X HD remake coming for PS3 and PS Vita.
Just found out about it and, for me, it couldn't have been announced at a better time. My nephew got a hold of my ps2 copy and completely trashed it, and I've been having the worst craving to replay this game.

Seems like an odd one for them to remake, although it's all down ro preference. Personally, a remake of VIII would be better, and I'd love to play IX again, too. But X wasn't bad. Loved the blitzball mini-game.

Well, with the PS2 games they don't have to do much programing; just up the resolution and add trophies. PS1 games would take more work, I suppose, so I doubt they remake 6-9. They are available as PSone classics on PSN for $9.99. |

In the case on IX, I wouldn't care if they left the graphics untouched, I loved them. Although that could be nostelgia talking, it's been a while...
I recently tried playing VII again. Great game, but it's aged so badly, graphically. It's to be expected, but I can barely play it now.

Yeah, I just replayed VII a couple weeks ago and the graphics were really bad, but I got used to them after a couple hours in. |

I'd love to try it, although the original still serves. ANd I did like the Blitzball, after I took some time with it. Had a almost Pokemon Stadium playability.

I will never understand why people liked FFX so much. I'd play to the bitter end and hated every minute of it.
Remake FF5, 6, 9 or 12 any day over X.
