Seath the Scaleless is dead as well now. I found out that the reinforced club is the weapon to kill Seath. It's R2-Attack is a jump attack, so it's super easy to keep up with Seath's side tail and chop him to pieces. And it's also lightning-enchanted, which also helps. I did more than 400 damage with each hit, that was ridiculous.
