I can't seem to find the first great performance of City Resort. This is me, and i would like to say that my problem was solved. I was not supposed to do the skate entrance but rather, i went up the building near the tallest grinds(Heel street or something like that) and there was this orange ramp(grind) that was flashing near the stairs. I went up those. Then i went left until i saw a speed boost and a ramp(real ramp) and i went full speed off of those.
