Re: Dragons Dogma
Yesterday I fought my first Oger. Holy cow, that was a ferocious monster! He was quick and strong and for some reason primarily attacks female characters. He knocked the female mage who was accompanying me unconscious all the time and ignored the warriors in order to pursue my character.
What is amazing about Dragon's Dogma is not only the atmosphere, but how different each of the monsters behave. When encountering a new enemy type I'm never quite sure what to expect. While in many RPG the main strategy is "beat them up until they run out of hitpoints", each battle with a larger monster in DD feels engaging and 'epic' (I don't really like this word but it feels appropriate).
Respect to Capcom for delivering the most interesting RPG experience since the Souls-games.
