All I did for the 4 kings was made sure I had 20 estes flasks and keep moving around to the back of each one. Ya gotta be quick because I think they just keep spawning so that there's always at least 4 of them there at all times. For the Centipede Demon, I just stayed by the door and it seemed easy to dodge him from there since that was the area that had the most solid ground.
