okay so there is this certain enemy that always has atleast 1 freez wing with him
you know the area before the swamps right???
there are 2 muchrooms
a toad
and a mantis
get in a fight with the toad and there is 1 freez wing
go to the swamp then go back to the river
and there he is again
kill him and repeat
