I don't know that I would necessarily call this a review, but it is a very intriguing and interesting think-piece. you make some great observations-- I've often wondered myself how developers expect me to go somewhere when they don't tell me where it is, and I obviously have no familiarity with the world.
I think if you positioned this more as a discussion on properly framing the context of play for story-based games and actually added a few more examples, this would be a pretty great article.
