dudes and dudettes, i don't know if u already know about this setup, but i just discovered dat u can also equip ur magic-users with a bow!!! just equip the thief subjob, and that's it. i just created a char that looked like legolas that also wields magic aside of bow!!
char setup:
KNIGHT->fighter->monk
ANCHOR->mage->thief
ENCHANTER->priest->thief
SAMURAI->monk->priest
NINJA->mage->priest
THIEF->knight->fighter
