Recently replayed The Secret of Monky Island
, and started a whole slew of Lucasarts Scumm-based point and click adventures (Sam and Max, Day of the Tentacle) that I've never played before. SOMI is just as entertaining as I remember. I must say though, the graphics seemed so ugly this time through. If I hadn't already played it, I wouldn't have been able to distinguish quest-items from background art. I can only pray for full 3D environments with a point and click interface (no, Syberia and Longest Journey don't count, those're pre-rendered settings).
