Re: Why would anyone care what the big review sites say anymore?

I find that http://www.metacritic.com/games/ is without doubt the best place to go when deciding whether or not a game is worth purchasing. They have a really broad range of reviews, but only post...

Re: Persona 3 = pretty freaking sweet

The "3 criticals in a row" thing is tough to avoid, but doesn't happen too often if you select a Persona that is is Strong against the relevant attack type. If you select one that Nullifies that...

Re: I wanna start playing RPGs. What are some good games for an RPG newbie to play?

Glad you're enjoying it.

Re: I wanna start playing RPGs. What are some good games for an RPG newbie to play?

Oh, and Suikoden 2 was pretty much the perfect RPG as far as I'm concerned. Beautifully paced and with a surprisingly grown up storyline that was neither pretentious nor patronising. Very, very...

Moron, I'm not sure that I understand your question about there being room for interpretation in your previous statement.

Re: That little game called Fable.

Oh, and on the upside, I do have the only job where my boss shouts at me for not playing enough games and sends me off to the recreation room with an armful of PS2 and XBox games... :D

Re: That little game called Fable.

You can look at this two ways. You can take the job and try to change the system from within or you can look at it from the outside and say "Nah. It's not for me".

Personally, I always wanted to...

Re: That little game called Fable.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm not prepared to work interminable overtime just to make a game larger. I don't see why people in the games industry should be asked to work endless extra hours for no...
