I fully upgraded and fined tuned a Pontiac GTO.
(Tuning is EXTREMEMLY sensitive, I had it at 0-60 in 1.4 but after I touched it once it went to 0-60 in 1.6 and I don't know how to get it back. )

997 bhp
top speed of 240mph
0-60 in 1.4sec. (now 1.6sec.)
0-100 in 2.18sec.
1/4mile in 7.25sec.
1/2mile in 11.35sec
1550ft wheelie (This is the longest I've gotten, but I know it has the power to go farther.)

I've only ever met one car in career mode that beat me once due to my poor shifting and tied with me once. Otherwise, it's an amazing drag car.

I had the exact same problem.... Make sure you upgrade your suspension and that will have your car doing wheelies even in normal drag races... If this is done you can wheelie the whole track

I use the 69 Dodge Charger R/T, it was my first drag car and looks to good to be replaced! It has about 950bhp and I could never wheelie mine either, but then I found that putting a big spolier on the back pushes the back end down and also tune the engine to max high end torque (all the the right) and she will wheelie over 700m. Level 3 upgrades and the right tuning I have got this car to 7 second 1/4 miles, i'm going to get all level 4 a configure the aerodynamics to best suit drag racing to see if i can get it into the 5's so it's one of the fastest without cheating! To become the best drag racer, use a gto pontiac.
mine is pushing only 890bhp but can do the qm in 7.80 seconds. and can wheelie 1000ft. just a helpful tip for those who need it.

Don't use GT500 for grip.

Stage 3/4 parts

RWD-Rear wheel drive-Power going to the rear wheels of the car. Perfect for drag and drift races. (FR-Front engine, Rear wheel drive MR-Mid engine, Rear wheel drive)
FWD-Front wheel drive-Power going to front wheels of the car. Completely useless in my opinion. (FF-Front engine, Front wheel drive)
AWD-All wheel drive-Power goes to all four wheels. Some cars have the option(Subaru Impreza WRX for example) to set more power to the front wheels or the rear wheels. generally have better launches than RWD cars do, however they cannot perform a wheelie like RWD cars, so it is not recommended that you try to enter a wheelie competition with an AWD car. AWD cars are best for grip or speed challenges.

i drive a koenigsegg ccx at all stage 3 parts for drag and ive got it to do the entire 1/4 mile in 1 wheelie. if a super car can do it any of the muscle cars can

i use the dodge viper for wheelie challenges. i can run the whole 1/4 mile with my front up in the air.

plus "leipzig" (code) actually lets you buy acura integra for $0
like to know wether anybody can work out how 2 put in codes more than one time without having 2 swithc off the console
