You should be able to buy another one at one of the bazaars. Felix sells a different tool at his stand every week, and eventually he'll have a hoe for sale.

go outside your farm at like 10 pm and you should see a flash of white light and it takes you to the cave where you will find emiko
i done it in spring so i dunno if it works in other seasons but worth a try hope this helped

Go to felix at the bazzar an buy what he has then next week go bak he should have somethin else possibly the hammer ur after if not not keep buyin n goin bak u could also try saving ur game the day befor a bazzar an go an check if not load the game again an try that hope this helps shadow
