Capcom

Devil May Cry – Second Opinion

Theres no denying that the game is often breathtaking to look at. Its rich and expansive environments are quite impressive and go a long way toward making the gaming experience an immersive one. Couple that with a battle system thats both simple enough so you can pick up the controller and begin playing immediately—but still deep enough that youll be working on perfecting combos hours after youve started—and youll see why this games generated the hype and early praise that it did.

Resident Evil Code: Veronica X – Second Opinion

Whenever I play Resident Evil: Code Veronica X, I'm always reminded of something a character once said in a cartoon show I used to watch a few years back. "New packaging, same product. Losers." While Code Veronica X does not deserve the latter part of this statement, the first sentence found in it pretty much sums up my opinion of this game.

Resident Evil Code: Veronica X – Review

Resident Evil: Code Veronica X isn't what I'd call a great game. But it's hard to criticize it for what it is. In my opinion it's really hard to judge the RE franchise at this point for conventions that it obviously has no intentions of significantly altering, for better or worse.

Onimusha: Warlords – Review

I usually like to spend the first portion of a review talking about interesting concepts or ideas present in the game I am about to review. Sometimes it takes a more personal slant, other times it might be historical or relate to current trends in the game world and society at large. After playing Onimusha, I was at a loss.

Onimusha: Warlords – Second Opinion

While I don't entirely agree with Brad's review of Onimusha, Im not exactly going to dispute much of it either. His points are for the most part valid. I just wasnt as annoyed or bored by Onimusha as he was (or at least not as quickly as he was).

Onimusha: Warlords

Game Description: Set during the medieval period, Onimusha: Warlords is a survival horror game that puts you in the difficult position of having to save a kidnapped princess from the evil General Nobanaga. Enter Nobanaga's castle and use a variety of blade weapons as well as the Demon's Head, which acts as both a shield and a weapon, against his foul minions. More than just fighting, Onimusha: Warlords presents a number of puzzles that must be solved if you're to get to the princess. The game also boasts both real-time polygonal backgrounds and characters.

Mega Man Legends 2 – Review

I just don't get it. I don't understand why people don't like the Mega Man Legends series more. I guess it's just America. We wouldn't know a good game if it hit us.
