Parents have nothing to worry about with this title…except that maybe their kids will think crashing ATVs is actually cooler than riding them. Other than that, this is good clean racing fun.

Racing fans will view this game in one of two ways: either as a fun arcade-styled racer that's accessible to everyone, or as a letdown because it's not detailed enough to appease their inner gearhead. Climax has done a nice job of stepping in and keeping the feel and tone of the game true to the earlier incarnations, meaning if players liked the older titles, they'll like this one.

Casual gamers will probably like this game more than anyone—it's easy to pick up and play, and mastering it can be done in short order as well. It's a title that's well-suited to short playthroughs and can then be set aside with no adverse effects.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers should find the title acceptable. There's not a lot of voice-work in the game , and it is accompanied by written text. Gamers will miss out on the high-pitched whine of their machines as they tear around the many tracks, but they'll also be able to avoid the lame soundtrack.
