Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth – Consumer Guide

According to ESRB this game contains: Fanatsy Violence, Language, Suggestive themes, Use of Alcohol

Parents should use their judgment with younger ones, but this game will be perfectly fine with the teens (and up) that it's aimed at. The violence is not graphic, mostly warriors hacking at various fantasy monsters with swords and spears and such. Some of the themes can get heavy at times since one of the game's main hooks is that people have to die before they can join your party, but it's done with such care that I can hardly imagine anyone having a significant objection to the content. The use of alcohol and suggestive themes are minimal.

PSP owners into RPGs basically won the lottery with this release. It's one of the finest RPGs I've ever played, and in my opinion, it deserves a place in the library of anyone who calls himself a serious RPG gamer. It has rough edges, but as a whole, it's better than most of the RPGs that have been released in the last five years.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers will have no problems. Although there are voiceovers, they are all accompanied by subtitles, and there are no significant auditory cues or information that occur during gameplay. Once again, the RPG shines as one of the most Deaf-friendly genres out there.
