It's a Tomb Raider extravaganza! We dish on the latest incarnation of Lara Croft, female protagonists in general, and the state of the "Cinematic Action" genre, a term which I claim full credit for coining. With Richard Naik, Brad Gallaway, Ashley King, Sara Rich, and (later on) Tim "Skype Connection Dropped" Spaeth.
Also, check out this article by our good friend Rhea Monique if you have time. Well worth a read.
Our first off-week adventure takes us into the land of Fallout. A lively debate on Fallout 3 versus Fallout: New Vegas gets top billing, and then we compare the Fallout of today to the Fallout of the past, and try to find out if the old spirit still lives, Featuring Richard Nak, Chi Kong Lui, Brad Gallaway, Tim "The Gambler" Spaeth, and Darren Forman.
In this episode we bid a fond farewell to one of our own, plus everyone tries to talk Richard into buying a 3DS with completely meaningless results. With Richard Naik, Chi Kong Lui, Brad "Sweet Can" Gallaway, Mike Bracken, and Dylan Collins.
At long last, the in-depth Borderlands/Borderlands 2 discussion that has for too long been stricken from our main show. For a grueling six hours we tear into every possible facet of the Borderlands franchise, from secret relationships of the NPCs to Randy Pitchford's favorite breakfast cereal. Featuring Richard "Sniper" Naik and Tim "Going in Guns Blazing is Always an Appropriate Course of Action" Spaeth.
It's a special 1/5 British edition of the Gamecritics.com podcast. This week we tackle Wreck-It Ralph, Thanksgiving shout outs, and what we've been playing during our long hibernation. Featuring Chi Kong Lui, Brad Gallaway, Mike Bracken, Richard Naik, and special guest host Sinan "Redcoat" Kubba.
A few weeks ago I had a bunch of wine and thought to myself: "Self, what would it be like to get the podcast crew together to play TF2's Mann Vs Machine?" Sadly I couldn't get the whole crew on board, but I did manage to get 4 people who had barely played the game before, plus me being terrible at medic and great at healing spies. Unfortunately we weren't able to finish the round due to technical difficulties and the fact that it was getting so late, but fun was had by all (I think) and let it be known that I actually got Tim Spaeth interested in Team Fortress. Yay me. Enjoy the good times with myself, Chi "Heavy" Kong Lui, Tim "Welcome to the Jungle" Spaeth, Kristen "Self-destruct" Taylor, and Jeremy "Technical Difficulties" LaMont.

Montgomery Scott. Kaylee Frye. Lucca. All are capable of fashioning a soup can, a book of matches, and some rocks into a warp drive. From this line of quirky mechanical geniuses comes the Engineer, Team Fortress 2's resident miracle worker.
Tonight (or today, depending on when you choose to listen) we join Richard, Kristin, and guests Aaron and Anna for a very special Avatar-themed podcast. No, not the stupid M. Night Shyamalan adaptation or James Cameron film, we're talking about the real meat of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra. We talk about our favorite episodes and characters, followed by rampant gushing about everything related to bending, sky bisons, and more. Plus, we engage in rampant speculation as to the identity of Amon, all of which turns out to be spectacularly wrong. Enjoy!
Bridges! Motorcycles! Bare chested men kicking things! All of this and more can be found in stage 2. We get two new enemy types in this level, plus a dude wearing a jetpack. Enjoy!
It's the Streets of Rage Remake! A wonderful fan-made tribute to the classic brawlers on the Sega Genesis, the remake is a project that deserves some attention, which I am hoping to give to it. I'm playing through the Streets of Rage 2 route, and naturally starting off with Stage 1. Enjoy!
